    I need advice NOW please!

I think I'm experiencing high blood pressure. I'm fairly healthy 25 year old, 195lbs, 13% bf. Today was day 13 of clen at 20mcg.

I feel hot, kinda short of breath, a little headache, higher bpm than normal, and vision is slightly blurry. If I'm guessing correctly, my blood pressure is high. No health insurance, so I'm not going to urgent care, as I don't feel it's that urgent yet. I washed my face with cold water, and sprinkled some water on my body to cool it down. It's helping a little.

Any advice on things I can do now to help lower it? At what point is it dangerous enough to head to the hospital?

    Thanks!

oh sh1t..i meant 120mcg. no I'm not cycling back down. I will end at 120 tomorrow, take a week off, and start again at 120.

I have not experienced any sides from the clen so far, that's why I think its high bp. my last dose was 10 hours ago.

If you don't want to buy a machine go to a walmart and check it or most pharmacies have one aswell .If you do decide to buy one opt for the more expensive brand they are 25% more acurate don't buy the RELI-on brand it sucks . Also if your arm is 15 in or bigger you will most likly want to buy a larger arm cuff for it .

I find it hard to believe that ppl who take all this gear that can cause high BP, that they can't spend a few $$ on a BP monitor, jeez man, it could save you're life.

lol i would defo invest in a blood pressure monitor, agreed with LATS60 on this 1.. if you want the right results especially for healthcare you need to splash out some ££$$ to make sure your not going to damage yourself or anything...
