Advice please
Have ran test prop and test ent a few years ago with no pct's lookin to get back inn im 24 5'7 165 lookin for size and strength whats good to go and what pct's are good to go

you'll wanna put all your stats n diet up then you'll get feed back seems to be the norm

Pct is extremely important. If your "lookin to get back in" like start hitting the gym again. i'de just go for a good diet before looking into any steroid . Like ^^ said. Stats and diet is the way it goes before anyone will start recommending cycles.

whats your bf% whats your training experiance? whats your diet intake?
when you said you ran prop and test e at what amounts and for how long?

im in the gym 5 days a wk so my training is consistant as far as my first cycles i ran both test p and test ent seperatly for 6 wks at a time solo My bf% is at around 15% my diet consists of
morning-3egg whites and oatmeal
lunch-ground beef for lunch or 2 chicken breast
dinner-usually round roast or sirloin
can anyone help with whats good to run to get strength and mass

That diet is very poor, steroids will do nothing for you with a diet like that..

Again what weekly amount did you run? mgs? on those cycles?
so im gathering you have been training consitantly for the last couple of years.
well first of hit the diet forum and check out a bulking cycles three meals a day is nothing, you want 8 all as big as that.
Stay on a bulking diet for about 12 weeks and see how you go before cycling
Read up everything you can on pct, and research in the steriod profiles for what compounds will suit your goals, id personally go with test e at 500 and maybe throw some deca in.Last edited by Charger527; 04-22-2009 at 06:41 AM.
