I am almost Ready to start my first cycle, Currently I am Looking to Shed some Fat before I get started.
I have tweeked my diet with a few things I have Gotten from the Diet section.
I have been doing More Cardio.
I am 6' 245lbs, Currently at 11% bf. I would like to get down to about 230-225 before I start to cycle.
Besides Diet (As we all know) and My work out (5 Days a Week - 6th day cali)
Would clen be a good Idea to shed some fat?
