been off since Nov 08, planning on starting up again July 09. been doin loads of cardio and strength resistance training so leaned out quite nicely. am planning to do 24weeks lookin somewhat like that:
(btw: 30yo/177cm/76kg/11%bf - not a BB; more into MA/MMA and mil style training regimes)
Test E, 24 wks;
1- 8 500mg
9-16 750mg
17-20 500mg
21-24 250mg
Test Prop, kickstart 4 wks;
1-4 100mg eod
EQ, 14 wks;
4-17 600mg
Mast E, 14 wks;
4-17 400mg
The alternative would be to cut out the EQ and swap Mast E for 8weeks of Mast P also including Tren A for 8 weeks. Bit concerned bout Tren effect on cardio though.
