cycling with Test 300 and Tren may need small surgery???

So I am in the 4th week of a Test/Tren Cycle and have a possible outpatient surgery needed... would you tell the surgeon about the cycle or not? He knows I lift and says I will need 1 light week and then back at it full go in 2 weeks I figure I can stay fairly heavy with upper body the whole time...(my opinion not his lol) or do I try to stall wait for cycle to be over then go for the surgery???(by the way when they do pre-surgery blood work any issues with finding the test or tren if they aren't looking for it?) sorry for the dumb ass questions what can I say I know nothing...

I'd tell the doc. They normally don't really care, plus they aren't supposed to tell anyone unless you are causing life threatening dangers to yourself.

I always tell the docs everything because I would hate for them to give me something that would possibly interact with anything I was taking and cause even more damage
