My cycle is 12 weeks of sust / EQ at 500mg's a/week....with Mast kicking in at week 8 and running it for 6 weeks at 50mg's ED...I'm in week 10 and i have not noticed anything different with the mast....My strength gains are still increasing like they were before...But besides that nothing else has happen...I've gone over my diet before i started this cycle on this site...i know i have my diet in check..besides the occasional going out on sat nights..I'm in spring ball my routine is 6am team lifts mon-thurs with football prac wed, fri, and sat morn...some days i lift doubles..Anything i need to be doing different to get more out of the mast?
