Target HR on Clen
I'm on clen , and my HR is probably about 10-20 BPM higher than normal (expected with clen)
So the question is, when doing cardio, should I still be aiming for that 130-140 sweet spot for dropping fat?
It doesnt take much effort to get to that level.
