All have a good balance of nutritious and well chosen foods as well as complimentary protein, carbs, and fats. A little adjustment of the measurements for your ideal macros and you can fit these into a good diet plan. I'm not the diet expert like some of the guys here, but I'm confident in telling you those are nicely planned meals.
