    PLZ NEED OPINION cycle

    need your opinion:


    WEEK 1-10 TEST 400 (blend of 4 test just like sust.) 300mg/week
    WEEK 1-6 TREN ENENTHATE 250mg/week
    WEEK 1-12 ANAVAR 40mg/ED

    WEEK 12-15 cLOMID THERAPY

    *ARIMIDEX 0.5MG ED

    DURING CYCLE : ABOUT 300 CALORIE OVER MAINTENANCE
    PCT : ABOUT 500 CALORIE OVER MAINTENANCE


    im 5'5 165 lbs 8% bf 20 years old been 3 years lifting. i want to do a lean bulk cycle, ive already done 3 cycle before mostly tesosterone (2 that were for cutting, i was really fat before) and the one i did for bulking got too much bloat , what i want to avoid this time around.. first time taking arimidex.

    I think you know your problems?

    Youre too young, you dont know how to diet, and you dont know how to plan a cycle.

    Not trying to be a dick, but come on now.

    Thats a bad cycle, and bad PCT.

    Tren is NOT beginners, Tren E for only 6 weeks? Thats just plain pointless.

    Not to mention, youve done THREE cycles and are still 165lbs?

    Ray, the fact that you are only 20 is a good reason not to cycle in itself. How old were you when you began cycling? Given your age and weight, especially given 2 previous cycles, you should be prepared to catch some flak for that here.

    Let's get started on the right foot, shall we? I take it you have gone to the trouble to research BMI caloric needs stuff since you say "maintenance". Would you mind posting your diet plan for review? I'd like to see you get the most out of whatever you do.

    And WAR is correct (like always), the cycle and pct are poor.

    well dt worrie i know how to diet ive been from 185 lbs to 150 and I want up to 165 pretty proud of me. Im gonna do a cycle this winter just want your opinion, bout what i tought was good. tell me what a good cycle would like please.

    (total calorie) 2968



    Meal 1 -(590) : carbs : 2 whole wheat slice of bread, 1 bagel
    protein : 10 - 12 egg white / protein shake with skim milk mixed with frozen fruits
    fat : 1 egg yolk / 1 tbsp 100 % natural peanut butter

    - (500) 1 scoop protein
    500 ml fat free milk with 60 g yogourt
    2 banana or other frozen fruits



    Meal 2 (post workout 490 ) : 1 scoop protein shake a bit frozen fruits
    carbs : 2 oatmeal, bars gatorade



    Meal 3 (489) protein : 2 can of turkey/chicken with salade - low cal dressing
    fat : 10 raw almonds / 1 tbsp 100 % natural peanut butter
    *carb : 1 oatmeal bar



    Meal 4 : (469) carbs : 1 cup brown rice, veegies
    protein : 1 big or 2 small chicken breast / lean red meat
    fat : 10 raw almonds / fat from lean red meat



    Meal 5 : ( 414) protein : 2 can of turkey or chicken
    green veegies salad low cal dressing
    fat : 10 raw almonds



    Meal 6 : (440 ) 1 scoop protein shake with water low fat cheese with no fat yogourt



    im gonna up the calorie a bit more about 200-300

    No, you dont know how to diet, that diet is for shit. Too many shakes, not enough protein/ and not enough complex carbs. Youre getting carbs from shit like bread and bagels.


    Tren E is a long ester. It just begins to peak at week 4-5. So obviously 6 weeks of it isnt enough time!

    well, i dt know i think 2 g of protein per pound was already enough.. maybe ill drop that cycle and start from scratch. and for my diet could you give me an example of what i have to change? what is the kind of cycle you would propose me if u really had to.

    i know bout the tren e, and i know it is not a beginner drug that why i tough 6 week would be all right and moderate..just to feel the kick ( was suppose to be more a test cycle than anything else.) but maybe im wrong and there is no moderate dose on tren.

    Switch the tren e for tren a. and cycle it for 6 weeks otherwise i would cycle the tren e for at least 12 weeks because of the longer ester.Diet does need some work but your got a basic idea which is good.I would only have 2 protein shakes a day max.So swap the others for a whole protein source and get some better carb sources.your only 5"5 so your height to weight ratio is pretty good you must be a nuuget.remember nutrition is everything hook into it bro

    well maybe ur right. nway ive done that sus cycle and kept 12 lbs of it.. maybe i should just go clean this winter, trying to lean bulk without adding fat look real hard to me ( dt want to be fat again :O) sry i know im gonna get u all mad by asking this.. but if i were to do a cycle , what would you propose me ?

    Bro, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let me throw you some meal ideas.

    eggs (mostly whites)/oats/little fruit

    chicken/sweet potato/greens/olive oil

    steak/wild rice/mushrooms/carrots

    All have a good balance of nutritious and well chosen foods as well as complimentary protein, carbs, and fats. A little adjustment of the measurements for your ideal macros and you can fit these into a good diet plan. I'm not the diet expert like some of the guys here, but I'm confident in telling you those are nicely planned meals.

    AAS is just icing on the cake. Getting everything in order will guarantee you the best results.

    thx a lot. so what kind of aas should i take once ive tweaked that diet to the near perfect.. just want to grow some good lean muscle without the bloat ..

    thx for taking the time to answer me, ill drop the too much protein shake for better lean protein source like turkey and ill try oatmeal instead of bagel or too much whole wheat bread.

    I dont think you should be cycling anymore period.

    Also, you DEFINITALY need to get to the PCT section ASAP!


    Dude just because you can do it, doesnt mean you should...

    You need a lot more time to grow, and more importantly, a LOT more time to research...

    I would lay off the cycle like people have said.

    Get some Things fixed gain a little naturally then jump on cycle after you see some good natty gains.

    Here is a nice cycle for what you are after... Once you learn how to make better gains natural you should give this a shot.

    weeks 1-6 Var 60mgs/day
    weeks 1-12 Test 400 / 400mgs/week

    EDIT- I was in the mood to force feed lol

    Soon you'll get lazy and start drinking the oats lol. You can powder them in a coffee grinder and drink 'em. Not exactly delicious, but it does the trick.

    I wouldnt run the var the first 6 weeks.

    Id run it the last six weeks and stop the day before PCT.

    The norm is to run orals at the beginning of a cycle.

    But , better gains can be made by adding them later when the injectables have kicked in to help enhance muscle building. All orals, not just var.

    Orals like Anavar and Tbol are great to use at the end of a cycle because they keep you anabolic up until PCT.

    As im very skeptical about PCT start times as is(There is a thread in the PCT section that me and Swifto are discussing if anyone wants to find out), it is best to run a compound like Var or Tbol until you begin.
