Considering Test E cycle, please help

    Hi there,

My name is Hassan and I am an 18 year old male who is 5ft 11" and currently weighs around 119 pounds.

I have had 9 operations in my life, including a hole in my heart so I have had a very bad diet, and not been a very good eater at all.

Now I have got to the stage where I am sick of the weight I am at, and want to do something about it before these summer holidays come up and I go away on holiday etc.

I am actually that embarassed about my weight and size, that even if it is boiling hot outside, I will not wear a t shirt because I feel my arms and general body are just too skinny.

At the moment, I go to the gym 5 times a week for between 1hr - 1hr 30 per workout, and also take ProLab N-Large protein shakes.

The main point of this thread is that I am now at my last resort which is a cycle of either Test E or Sust in order to help me bulk up, but I really don't want to have to do it because of the effects it will cause me at such a young age, coupled with my heart problems.

Is there any way, that with diet alone, I can reach my aim of 150 pounds by around August, bearing in mind I am a hard gainer, bad eater and have a fast metabolism?

I don't want to sound like I am not making any effort, I just feel that steroids may be the only way but I don't want them to be.

I have tried to be as honest as I can, so any help would be really appreciated

18 years old - absolutely not no test no way, no how. As for putting on 30 pounds by August...i don't think that's doable. However, with a proper diet you can certainly get there over time! Especially if you are only 18 years old now. Post your diet up now so we can have a look at it.

Hassan, you have given many reasons you should not cycle. I think you know deep down it's not the answer here. I definitely feel for you, since I was very skinny when younger myself (about the same as you in fact). I just thought it was hopeless too. It's not. However, your stated goals will take time, and that's just me being honest with you. I don't know anyone with a good physique that knocked it out in a matter of months, steroids or not. Given the right plan of attack though, I can guarantee you'll see pleasing changes. Diet is the most important. Let's start there. Post it up!

Hey.. Putting on 30lbs by august is so easy.. I put 21 lbs on in less than 9 weeks. and that was strickly diet and gym. Hassan start eating a lot. since u are a bad eater.. well i guess its time for you to find out about the word discipline and what it means. people dont get where they are in life by just slacking it takes hard work and discipline.

Doing steriods at your age and with the health problems you have had is a disaster waiting to happen imo, as you have said your self your diet is terrible but there is definately people on here who are experts in that field and will only be to willing to help you out, head over to the diet forum and they will help you.

Thanks for the advice so far. But if i was going to go on sust for example, how would 1ml a week for 10-12 weeks affect me both in terms of gains, and side effects?

imo sus i wouldnt use for a first cycle as for gains without proper diet and training your wasting your time using steroids,as for side effects you will be shutting down your natural production of test and without a proper pct could lead to a range of problems, lets say you were gonna use sus what would you use for your pct?
