Will the puffiness go away?

Alright...so I know that if the gland develops when you have gyno and let it settle it might not go away without surgery...

my question is...what about the puffiness? once your hormones have balanced out...if you have a gland...will the puffiness go away?

Puffiness of what? The Nipple? Or the Chest? If it's the chest it could be water/fat. If you have gyno you would be able to feel the lump behind the nipple.

well I do have a bit of alump behind my nipple, it sucks. And I think I might have puffiness..but I'm not sure if it's gyno related or body fat related.

If you have a lump than gyno is forming and you should run an AI + nolva protocol ASAP to stop the lump from solidifying once it does it will never fully go away.

yeah I am doing both of that as we speak was taking an AI from day one and now taking the nolva for a few days
