    Question just picked up my gear. questions...

    hey all...just picked up my gear from my local supplier. i got test prop,tren a, and masteron e.

    plan:

    test wk 1-12
    tren wk 1-8
    mast wk 1-12

    pct

    hcg, clomid, nolva...and whatever else i need on tap.

    heres where im stuck...

    the tren is 150mg/ml, the test is 200mg/2ml ampules, and the mast is 100mg/ml . i originally planned to shoot 100mg's of each eod. is it ok if the tren doage is higher than the test? in other words ill be shooting 600mg's of tren each week and 400mg's of test. is that too much for a first time tren cycle? should i up the test dosage? and last should i run the mast all the way through from begining to end like i planned? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    28YO
    5'10
    185 lbs
    10%bf
    10 year training history and 1 cycle under belt of test prop, deca, and mast.

    if you plan to shoot 100mgs EOD... then... you would only be doing 350mgs of each substance...on average per week... 100mg x 3.5 = 350 etc

    you need more test start with less tren...
    e.g 500mgs of test per week (525 to be exact) **150mgs EOD of test** and 500mgs of tren per week (525 to be exact) **150mgs EOD of tren**
    and you prob will most likely need 600mgs min of masteron per week
    all dependant on budget, time etc

    so u will have to be breaking the ampules of test and storing some of it away... some ppl are not comfortable with this...
    you can also run the tren longer (week 10) as well as masteron the whole way through.

    too much gear for your height and weight !!!

    diet must be off

    what do you have for PCT and ancillaries??

    it is a MYTH that test has to be higher then the other compounds !!!

    yougster77, dude t-mos is right. I am 5ft 11" and i am the same weight as your self. I still feel and look skinny man. I have only be training 1year serious and my weight is still climbing comfortably.

    how is your diet ?

    i appreciate the concerns in regards to height and weight but i already got the stuff and its not like it came with a receipt where i can go return or exchange it for something else. lol. for pct i have hcg, nolva, clomid, and pretty much anthing else i need on tap.

    so T-Mos do you think ill be ok shooting 1ml of each compound eod? even if the tren is a higher dosage than the test?

    you need more research, you dont use hcg for pct, the gear doesnt need a receipt it will keep for a coiple of years, whats the normal shelf life T-mos about 2 years i think........

    yeaaaaaa just cause you buy a gun doesn't mean you have to kill somebody cause you got the bullets too!!!

    your stuff will hold for a couple years if you keep it well in a cool dry dark place.

    if you are gonna go about this stupid just cause you HAVE IT, that is a piss poor attitude when it comes to steroids and the chemical make up of the ONE and ONLY body you have........

    I wanst trying to go about it stupid...just basically stating the the fact that I bought with intentions to use it. Its not like I just decided last week that I want to do this cycle. I've been researching and contemplating since december of last year. If my attitude came off as being PISS POOR than I appologize. If I didn't care about the one and only body I have than I wouldn't have even bothered to come on here and ask questions. I wouldve just stuck myself. I'm trying to play it safe here so I'm hoping that someone can step up and point me in the right direction as to how I should go about with this cycle.

    your first step would be to get your diet checked...

    your second step would be to give yourself a bit more time to grown naturaly

    your third step would be to use gear.....

    there's your guidence bro...

    bro problem one is u stacked to much on ur first cycle. how long have u been off? ur stats seem off to me 10 years of training and a cycle of test prop, deca, and mast and u are just pushing 185

    My last cycle was exactly this time last year. I was 165 when I started and right before pct I was 197. Now a year later I'm 185.

    ok, well if you can get to and stay at a clean 200 for like 3 months, then I would concede and say lets put together a cycle for you

    what do you think?

    can you hold off for 3 months or a little more and get your diet in line with jamyjamjr's help??

    I will deffinitely try. I wanted to cycle now so I can bulk up and lean out for summer. Since it seems like such a bad idea to everyone that I even come near this cycle I guess I should try an hold back. What if I cut out the tren?

    UGGGGHHHH

    OK cut out the tren and run your cycle, BUT if your DIET isn't fixed for the goals you have, the cycle will be a waste.

    Make sure you go over the diet completely with jamyjamjr and stick to it!!!

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )



    once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

    TDEE= bmr x according activity level
    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    Alright. I'm on it. One last thing...can anyone tell me why taking a cycle like this with my stats is a bad idea. What can happen? Why would it be better if I weighed more?

    if your diet and training routine isn't in check, your gonna do your diet, grow a little bit and then lose it all post cycle...

    your diet will not be optimal for the situation so your cycle will go to waste too...

    keep all this in mind..

    getting big is

    80% diet
    15% training
    5% gear

    Well sh!t I gained over 30lbs on my last cycle and now after a year, I've kept 20 of it. My diet can't be that bad right???

    I am up 20 lbs so far on this SMALL cycle of just test/deca and only on week 5

    hoping for at least another 10-15 lbs

    I'm not nearly as dedicated when it comes to dieting as most of you guys are on here. Last year when I did my first cycle I follwed XXL's diet in the diet forum.It deffinitely helped. For me,putting on 30lbs of lean mass in the course of 12 weeks and keeping 20 of it a year later makes me a happy camper. The thing is I'm not doing this for competition reasons or anything remotely close to that. I just want to put on a little bulk and lean out for the summer. I'm sure there's number of people on this forum that are on the exact same boat. I appreciate all the info guys.

    I am the same way, I start disciplined but then Fall off. Im trying to get 100% disciplined on my diet before I even attempt a cycle. Research is the key!

    I dont' compete anymore, I am just bulking to prove to myself that I still can do it.

    your gains are impressive for your first cycle, 20lbs kept is great, but imagine if you already had a solid base, then put on that 30 lbs.....
