deca and dbol only cycles you would be asking for trouble. you need to add test in there to keep normal body functions.

BF is high. + You're a little young to be cycling.. How is your diet, in detail if possible
2mL per week tells us nothing, and Deca alone is no good bro.
1. Deca without test is bad.
2. Dbol for 12 weeks is terrible.
3. Your bf% is too high unless you don't care about estrogen-related sides (gyno, ect).
4. Your goals are unrealistic. 28lb gain and get "a bit of shape"?
5. Don't listen to a word your trainer says. That cycle would most likely mess you up for a long time.
6. Diet, Diet, Diet. Post your daily diet in the diet forum and we can take a look at it.
Not trying to flame, but you need to do some research bro. I don't believe 21 is too young if you know what you're doing and the consequenses of abuse, although some will disagree. I do believe you should get your diet down first and do alot of research.
