That is absolutely retarded, what was the point of running a PCT? A PCT doesn't make your test levels go from very low to high in just one month, no it is the kickstart the body needs to start producing more natural testosterone.

Not to mention your receptors are saturated and your lipid profile is probably hindered so you need to TIME ON + PCT = TIME OFF so 12 weeks + 3 week PCT = 15 weeks off (ie. about 4 months). If you get bloodwork done you might be able to start sooner or maybe even a bit later if your body has fully recovered.

500mg sust week and i think he was doing 200deca week 40mg of dianabol for first 4 weeks.

Unless you get bloodwork done to show all your levels are ok

the whole point of staying off long enough is to give your body time to get back to homeostasis
You need to give your organs time to recover

low dose doesn't matter

orals are hard on the liver....they need time to recover

Organs are strained during cycles, they need time to recover

hormone levels need time to recover and produce again

so he is risking being shut down permanently and needing HRT for life

he is risking liver failure
