not another gyno question
I know what you are thinking....another f'ing gyno question. but hear me out...i am well aware of what to do when gyno has occured and all that other stuff.
BUT, having a-dex and nolva on hand...i have decided to use it only if ERSE's arise. however, paranoia starts to kick in slightly and its hard to tell if its in ur head or if it actually is gyno setting in. just seems to me like such a fine line between waiting to see if ne thing happens and perhaps being too late and entering the "cure" stage when one hopes instead to "prevent" from the very beginning.
so please tell me someone, what are the actual stages of ERSE's more specifically GYNO??
are itchy nips the first sign? or is this in fact a later stage in the development of gyno. basically a nice run down of the steps would be great, so it becomes less of a subjective guessing game.
some help from the vets and WAR amongst others would be appreciated!

ok something tells me not many people are taking this thread too seriously. let me simplify the question then:
i have chosen not to use arimidex until the onset of ERSE's. what is the FIRST SIGN that i should start a-dex??

First of all relax. When someone has free time and will see your post will reply. You know , ppl have real lifes aswell and they are not infront of the computer all the time.I get gyno in almost any cycle i do (im on test prop/tren a now and its developing), but its not something unberable and thats why i prefer to combat it during PCT with nolva.I only get proviron through my cycles and i know its mild compared with arimidex .I get little lumps behind my nipple and if you press my nipples hard , they kinda ache. But its very tolerable and i dont have a problem with that.Other are using AI to combat it during the cycle.I do it during my PCT.

Sore or itchy nips is not a symptom of gyno as this can often pass in a few days. It's more of an early warning sign.
Adex can obviously be kept on hand but remember that it takes 4 days to reach peak plasma levels and 7 days to reach steady state plasma levels.
So if you get sore/itchy for more than a couple of days then nolva will give almost immediate protection.

iv had gyno. had to treat it with letro during cycle which stopped further gains and killed sex drive. its now gone. gyno is no joke. i would always use an AI in future cycles throughout. the worrying thing is that there were NO SIGNS/SYMPTOMS! the lump just formed. i wont be taking the chnace again. gyno removal isnt cheap!
