    What cycle/steroids to take?!?!

    Ive spent countless hours in the gym and expirimenting wit GMC products to bulk up but some has worked but im looking to push it over the top i see all these different cycles and have researched them the best i can. im looking for stuff to get me bulk but cut me up to. any info is extremely helpful on the best opinion thanks!!

    if your lifting gmc products i would say you are already ahead of the game.

    No one will recommend a cycle unless you supply ^^^^^ that.

    age- 19

    height- 5'9''

    weight- 180

    bodyfat %- not quite sure like im bulking up my shoulders and traps are tightening up but still got some soft spots idk probably 22%

    diet- protien shake every morning i eat healthy as i can fruits and veggies and avoid fatty foods at all costs

    yrs training- 1 1/2

    GOALS- I wanna bulk up and get a six pack for sure im always doing sit ups in the gym but im having a hard time knockin the body fat to see detail i basically wanna just bulk up and cut up wit out getting to close to the danger zone. i do work out 5 days a week and about 2 hrs a day.

    be more specific about your diet at 19 and only that little time training looks to me like that might be your problem. I don't see why you can't easily get to 200lbs solid at your height.
    Post up exactly what you eat and let one of these other guys help u optimize it for you
    and if you are infact 22% bodyfat you aren't ready for any cycle.

    You're doing sit ups to see your abs better? You don't have much of an idea what you're doing.

    Get over to the diet section and we will help you, and you should probably look at the training section too. You are nowhere near ready (or have the need to) to use steroids .

    well no not just situps but also leg lifts bicycle kicks hella ab workouts i eat healthy and do about 6 to 7 small protioned meals a day. the several gmc products ive tried have helped little im just looking for a simple way to build muscle mass and deffiniton.

    to get your abs to show u have to lower your bodyfat. no matter how defined ur abs are if your bf is too high you will not see them. let the guys in the diet section look over your diet. and if u dont do cardio, start doing some.
