im on ephedrine now. 1st time, not sure what to make of it yet. it supresses appetite a bit and gets the heartrate going. didnt like it b4 a weights session. ok b4 cardio.

Mate take asprin and caffein with it, makes it work better. are you taking it for weight loss

I used ripped fuel back in the day when it had ephedrine. I think it helps with the weight loss. I cant remember the exact dosage (just followed what the bottle said). I remember having a little bit of the shakes at first. One thing I diffinetly remember is being moody and easily pissed off. Dont take it too late or you cant sleep.

i took this with redbull lol before work out lost a shit load of weight and very good at suppresing your appatite also i dont like the heart pulpatations
