Yes fina is all I'm taking right now. I would like to add something with it but I'm not sure what. As far as the cycle goes I'm just doing fina at 100mg eod. Zero previous cycle exp. As far as diet I don't have anything written down to follow since I'm still confused on which way I need to go. But I've been eating cerel with skim milk around 7-8 a.m. 10am 2 tsp of all natural peanut butter 1230-1pm chicken breast and almonds 3-4pm protein shake after workout. 6-7pm chicken breast
As you can see I'm in need of some help. The guys I'm working out with have limited exp. with the stuff and I'm not getting anywhere asking them questions soooo again any help is more then welcomed.
