    Fina diet help

    I just started taking fina this past monday and I wondering which route I want to go on my cal intake. I've been working out very hard this week and plan on continuing my routine throughout my cycle. But, I'm uneducated on the diet plan I should be on to reach my goal. I'm 22yrs old 236lbs. my main goal was to eat less and do tons of cardio and light weight but I've been working out with a few buddies who are pushing me to working out hard and heavy and eating more. I've been eating about 5 times a day with plenty of chicken and protein shakes and taking gnc mega men sport. So for now I would say I wouldn't mind continuing with eating more and working out how I am as long as I'm going in the right direction that fina can take me (to gain muscle and get definition). Also, I'm taking fina eod 300mg a week.

    Are you taking fina alone? That's not good. Lay out the cycle plan for us, will you? Any previous cycle experience? Why don't you post your diet for review as well?

    Yes fina is all I'm taking right now. I would like to add something with it but I'm not sure what. As far as the cycle goes I'm just doing fina at 100mg eod. Zero previous cycle exp. As far as diet I don't have anything written down to follow since I'm still confused on which way I need to go. But I've been eating cerel with skim milk around 7-8 a.m. 10am 2 tsp of all natural peanut butter 1230-1pm chicken breast and almonds 3-4pm protein shake after workout. 6-7pm chicken breast

    As you can see I'm in need of some help. The guys I'm working out with have limited exp. with the stuff and I'm not getting anywhere asking them questions soooo again any help is more then welcomed.

    bro, I'd seriously recommend you discontinue the fina.

    head over to the diet section and post up your diet, and people there will help you get it squared away.

    then head over to the work out section.

    meanwhile, keep researching what these compounds are and how to properly use them.

    So let me get this straight, you have no previous cycle experience and for the first cycle you run Tren (the harshest of all steroids )? Great decision making process, oh and I hope you know your dick is going to stop working soon because you are running Tren with no testosterone .

    Hey I didn't say that I knew what I was doing. I asked a buddy what he would recommend doing and this is what he told me to do. As I said before I have Zero exp with this stuff and I'm glad that I came here to find people who know what the hell there talking about before I F my self up. I am 100% willing to follow any advice you have to offer.

    How long have you been on Tren ?

    I would stop, depending on how long you have been taking it, I would run a PCT. Get my diet in order (people at the diet section can help) than do a test only cycle (the only cycle recommended for beginners). You should gain alot just off test alone.

    Sounds like a plan. I took the first shot the 20th. I'll be sure to put the fina on hold and do the test cycle with a pct. I found a couple of posts that should be able to help me with that. Thank you for your help.

    i would take a mild pct just to be on the safe side, work your diet out in the diet section and drop some bf before doing a cycle jmo.
    what do you know about pct? Did you have any planned?

    To be honest with you I think I'm just gonna put all that on hold. lol I see that the number 1 thing I NEED to get in order is my diet and worry about the fina ,test , and pct at a later date. This site does have a great data base of info. that I will be sure to use.

    i suggested a pct since you've already injected and might have started shutting down your natural test, so take a pct to be on the safe side and make sure your natural test isn't in jeopardy.

    different opinions here, some take just clomid, some take just nolva, others take just hcg . some will tell you to take all three or clomid and nolva. lots of choices. me personally i'd take clomid and nolva. or just nolva

    Sounds good to me. Man I feel so much better now. I figured something didn't seem right with take just fina and going about my diet the way I was. I'm glad that I got some serious help from you guys and the Milos Sarcev "Secret of the Pro's" on Nutrition are some awesome videos! It's nice to finally learn some stuff about nutrition and how important it is. I only wish they'd had such informative programs while I was in school

    post up a diet for critique...

    do this math before hand

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )



    once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    Dude, taking a shot and then looking for info is like jumping out of a plane and then screaming back at the plane for instructions.

    im glad your not to far in, your 236 and 6' and only 17% bf so if you cut down to atleast 15 or 14% you should be better to start with less chance of side effects
