cycle starts on
sunday: test propionate 100 mg/ equipoise 100mg
monday: ---------
tuesday: trenbolone acetate 75 mg
Wednesday:-----
Thursday: test propionate 100 mg/ equipoise 100mg
friday:-----------
This cycle will be for 10 weeks
Diet:
9:00 Am: 42g whey protein+1/2 cup of oats
12:00pm: 8 egg whites+2 full eggs + 1 slice of brown bread
3:00 pm: 2 chicken breasts + salad
5:00 pm: suuplements+ hit the wieghts
8:00pm:42 g whey protein + 1 banana
9:30pm : 2 chichken breasts +salad
11:00 pm: 30 g of casein protein
Guys this is my second cycle and my goal is to shred some fat off and gain some quality muscle and get the beach body i dreamed of . I am 20 years old, 177 cm high, 85 kg, with 12 % body fat.
Previous cycle was primbolan:200mg +winistrol 100mg every 2 days
