Guys plz critique this cycle and give me some advice
Hey guys ;
This is my first post in the site and i wish that would give your thoughts on this cycle...
cycle starts on
sunday: test propionate 100 mg/ equipoise 100mg
monday: ---------
tuesday: trenbolone acetate 75 mg
Wednesday:-----
Thursday: test propionate 100 mg/ equipoise 100mg
friday:-----------
This cycle will be for 10 weeks
Diet:
9:00 Am: 42g whey protein+1/2 cup of oats
12:00pm: 8 egg whites+2 full eggs + 1 slice of brown bread
3:00 pm: 2 chicken breasts + salad
5:00 pm: suuplements+ hit the wieghts
8:00pm:42 g whey protein + 1 banana
9:30pm : 2 chichken breasts +salad
11:00 pm: 30 g of casein protein
Guys this is my second cycle and my goal is to shred some fat off and gain some quality muscle and get the beach body i dreamed of . I am 20 years old, 177 cm high, 85 kg, with 12 % body fat.
Previous cycle was primbolan:200mg +winistrol 100mg every 2 days

cycle is no good bro.
prop and tren a should be shot ED, at least EOD.
200mg eq is worthless, especially for only 10 wks.
dose of prop is low, also.
I suggest some more research and revise your plan

what do you know about pct? how do you know your diet is 100% perfect?

previous mistakes and this forum have taught me that test should be run 400-500mg/wk and eq @ 600mg/wk to be effective.

then my honest opinion is to go look at the diet section and let them help you out over there.

my reading here tells me the levels u propose are fairly ineffective. diet and cardio will get u what u want.

Test Prop needs to be shot ED or EOD NOT every 4th day
Tren Ace HAS to be shot Everyday !!!! not once a week
since you HAVE to shoot Tren ED, then you should just shoot the prop EVERYDAY as well

OP,
i think you need to go with a standard test e or test c cycle with proper pct... your 1st cycle was not really a cycle IMO
so this will be your 1st cycle IMO
you can cut on these compounds if youwant, or get that "beach body". if you re gonna do it, do it right or not at all. you dont need all those compounds right now. and you dont even know how to run them correctly
and diet 100%? no offense, but that diet sucks man! my lady eats more than that

c mon OP, we re gonna help you out, but @ 20 man we re all gonna tell you that you dont need AAS. and its true man, you dont
that beach body can be achieved solely off of diet and training
your knowledge on AAS is not near good enough as well, you re not ready
