bulking but initially lost weight?
hey guys i just started bulking and i went from cutting to upping calories carbs and protein way more than before and i actually lost a little bit of weight..wut could be the reason for this? I gained a little water weight and today i weighed in a few pounds lighter. Maybe its my metabolism speeding up or something. Kinda confusiing and frsuterating

Depends on the time you weight yourself. If you weight yourself at 8pm you should be heaver that if you weight yourself at 8 am. Just keep going if you are losing weight over the week then you might have a problem.

well i weighed myself this morning knowing it would be less...then a half an hour ago i was messin around and just jumped on the scale and i weighed a few pounds less...really wierd but ill keep going. its also my day day off (sat and sunday) so maybe thats why. Thanks ill keep goign

nah man...it has nothing to do with that. Idk wuts going on. my calories are way above maitenence to get things going....and protein is too...yet i lost some weight from yesterday to today. Ill just keep going...its too early to tell if theres something seriously wrong

dude it could be as simple as to much salt for the day your body will hold water and also fluctuate up to 5pounds or more a day.
