Help
ive done dbol before and seen some results but im only 135-140 and 6 foot tall im looking to go for 235 or more and beign im a carpenter some tasks can be challangeing by myself i was wondering if you guys chould suggest a cycle to help me gain more mass and bigger muscles.

ahh dont really have a diet i just at alot of food try to eat alot of protien but i have a high motabalism and i eat like 3-4 steaks a week and havent changd weight

yea... we get guys like u in here everyday man... trust phate when he says ur diet is the issue..... put the time in to work on your diet with our guidence and u'll see how massive u can get....
getting big is
80%diet
15%training
5%gear
get the first two down before u jump into the third
u wouldnt try to drive cross country without fuel in the tank right??? it's essential isn't it??
ur diet is the same thing

lol... thx for the complement bud.. but im actualy around 19% there... i wanna get down to 12... it's not easy.. but diet is key

ic i dont eat alot it just seems like it heres what i ate today
630- bowl of cereal(froot loops)
700- banana
11-ham sandwhich with chips and water
330-mini pizza
700-2 hamburgers well done with frys
had about3-4 water bottles throughout the day

yeah, that is about the same as my 110 pound mom eats on her low days, lol
i'll help you could here, here is what i ate a few days ago, this should give you a basis for writing you own diet, so look over the diet i'm about to post, then watch the videos in the link under it and design what you think would be a good diet, then post it and we'll critique it

ive looked around and stuff and came up with this let me knwo what you think
6:30 am - 1/2 cup egg substitue, 35 grams protien powder, 2 cups milk, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 1/3 tsp olive oil,
9:00-28 grams protien powder,1 cup milk, 2/3 cup oatmeal,1tsp olive oil
11:00-42 grams protin powder, 2 2/3 cups fruit juice
1:00-9 oz. tuna steak, 1 1/3 cups rice, 2 bell peppers, 2 1/3 tsp plive oil
4:00- 9oz chicken breat, 1/4 cup cucumber,1 bell pepper,1/8 head of lettuce, 1 cup tomatoes, 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 cup rice, 7 tbsp almonds
7:00-28 grams protin powder, 1/2 cup yogurt low-fat, 2/3 cup oatmeal,1 tsp olivel oil
