Forget about price then , i'm 5.9 , 160pounds , bf 11 or 12 percent , training for about 6 years . I mostly do conditioning , boxing training etc so i'm mostly always trying to cut weight . I was wondering if there's any quick ways to gain 20 pounds of muscle , how long do you think it would usually take .I bulk up easy usually

The quickest way for your to gain 20bls of muscle would be through diet. Why not post your diet and we can see if it can be improved...
My diet isn't up to much mate tbh but ,I would know what to eat if i was to start . I can eat pretty much what I want because my conditioning is so intense and still burn it off . I know just eat some decent protein and carbs every 2 to 3 hours if starting . It would take me far to long to build that kind of muscle on it's own . I'm just wondering if I could do that in 2 to 3 weeks using decent anabolic steroids and maintain it .

usual cycles are anywhere from 8-12 weeks followed by another 4-6 weeks of Post Cycle Therapy
this isn't something you can just do half way or short cut, this is your health and only body you get........

That's extremely light for someone your height. Perhaps post up that diet or get it to jamyjamjr. He seems to help most of the diet needs. Very knowledgeable.. ++1
With tweaking of your diet you can easily put on some mass... But Muscle doesn't just form overnight. It takes time.
Steroids are not a quick solution to gaining weight, you have still to put in your work to get anything out of them. And like the other posts, eat, eat, and oh yes eat.
