    How long do I wait...

    To start another cycle ??

    I just got done with a 12 week sustanon cycle , also did some anadrol at the begining....

    so im going to start my pct in 18 days ....

    well i gained about 30lbs from this cycle and would like to do more.....

    from what ive gotten from this board is to wait just as long as the cycle was and the pct.... soo about 16 weeks ??? is that right ??? cause i would rather not wait that long

    ps its summer pool season (i live in vegas) and what would yall do to keep the muscle and get shredded in the meantime ??

    is all my info correct ??

    your correct, time off = time on plus pct

    cardio and strict diet are the most important aspects of cutting down, could use an eca stack or clen for helping hand

    Plan it out better next time. I'm starting my cycle next week and it will take me into August. Summer time cycles are the s**t.

    hahaaa nice... but i hope that i planed it our perfectly...
    cause i usually cycle in the summer, and being bloated at the pool sucks...
    so i was hopeing to keep my gains and get shredded for summer..

    only way to shorten the wait is to get your blood levels checked, if they are ALL normal, then you can start earlier BUT

    the tried and true Time on + PCT Time = TIME OFF there are reasons you need to let your body recover FULLY before jumping on again so be good to your body
