working 1 muscle per week vs 2 a week
hey guys trying to get peoples opinion on working out each muscle 1 a week vs 2 a week. im 34 and i notice i respond better by hitting it 1 a week and hitten em hard. not does that ring true for eveybody my age or does it matter. or hitting it 2, is that for the younger guys.

Your body needs rest so if you are working them right one time a week is good, I do sometimes change it up and do a five day rotation for on month....
