Test E every 3 days?

i know test e is supposed to be shot every 3.5 days.... what i normally do is shoot twice a week on tuesdays and friday... but the gap between friday back to tuesdays it 4 days... is that half a day not a big deal as far as keeping it on track? should i shoot every 3 days???

not a big deal u will just have more running in ur system before u shoot the next shot...ive done it too

Just shoot it 3 or 4 days apart. No biggie.

I like monday 930am adn then thrusday 930pm it is 3.5 days best split

ok i guess i was just looking too much into it....

my days off from the gym are thursday and sunday, which is why i dont use the monday-thursday routine. i like to shoot on training days
