    Just picked up some gear...need help w/ dosing

    Ok, so I've been waiting for some time now to finally run a cycle. I got my hands on two 10mL bottles of 250mg/mL Test-E, two 10mL bottles of 200mg/mL EQ, & 150 20mg Anavar caps. This is what I was thinking...
    10 weeks of:
    500mg Test-E/wk
    400mg EQ/wk
    40mg Var/day

    Then begin Nolva at 40/40/30/20 one week after the last injection.
    What do you guys think?

    Stats are:
    5'11", 185 lbs, <5% bodyfat
    compete
    21 years old

    Everything I've read says that 10 weeks isn't long enough to run eq. Also eq should be stopped a week before test e because it has a longer half life, so you can really only run 9 weeks with what you have. Probably better saving the eq you have for another cycle.

    500 mg/week of test is pretty standard and should be fine. If this is your first cycle, you don't really need the var either.

    You're still a little young to be cycling, but hey, it's your body and since you already have the gear, I doubt that you can be talked into waiting.

    My advice is to just run the test. Save the var and eq for the next cycle. Maybe add clomid to your pct and run a low dose of hcg while on cycle. You also should probably have an AI on hand incase you run into any sides. I'm new to this too and I am just repeating advice others have given me.

    Ehh seems like you just picked up stuff without looking into it.....As stated above.... i would prob drop eq and var and leave it at test only 500mgs a week. Inject 2 times a week... As far as pct goes. Definitely get some clomid in there.

    I'd get more Test and EQ. Run the Test for 12-16 weeks and the EQ for the same but around 600mg.

    First cycle. I as well as most wouldn't recommend stacking with anything else. Simple Test E 500 mgs a week will do him fine.

    He's not under 5%, you cannot get under 5% unless you are actively TRYING to get under 5% ie. cutting for shows, 185 at 5% is pretty muscular/ripped dude. No one just stays year round at under 5%


    Personally all you need for your first cycle is Test, I would get more test and run it for 12 weeks since test-e takes 4-6 weeks to kick in the body. Save the rest of that stuff for later cycles, EQ needs to be run between 12-16 weeks @ 600mg or higher/week.

    LOL you are joking, right? I competed just over 2 weeks ago at 2.8%. I said I compete, have done 4 shows and at this past one won my open middle weight class. The highest I go is 10% in the offseason, last year (Dec. '08) I was 198 @ 10.04%. That is actively trying, no? LOL I didn't say I just stay lean without doing anything...I diet yearround.

    And I knew what I was getting when I bought it, $EDITED for all of that was a hell of a deal...so I bought it. I originally had no intentions of even using var or eq. I was going to do test only for 12 weeks.

    Lowest I have been was 6-7% although the machine was giving 3%.

    No where in your original post did you say you competed, thus my comment was not wrong, I said unless you compete than you wouldn't have a bf% under 5.

    Sorry that I didn't go look through your post history and find out your life story.

    Anyway my original comments still stand, extend test-e to 12 weeks and drop EQ and var. Test only is what we recommend for first cycles (optional DBOL kickstart but I doubt you want to bloat)

    It actually does say in the original post that he competes. It's slipped in just under his stats. I didn't notice at first but then I looked back when people started commenting on his bf% and saw it and thought to myself it might be accurate.

    Some rare individuals are able to maintain very low bf all the time. If I remember correctly Hershal Walker was know for maintaining 2% year round.

    2% year round........ NOOOOO WAAAAYYYYYY..... at that point..... the only fat you have in your body is around your internal organs..... there's no way he did that. Being that low is not healthy.....

    Now i could see someone maintaining 7-8% year round through a strict diet and rigorous excercise program...... Not to mention the fact that you have to know your body inside and out.

    you are right it's just like slipped in a random spot it says the word "compete" guess I was wrong

    if this is your first cycle, i would stick with just the test, save the rest for your next cycle. this way you will know how your body is going to react to the test and not be confused with side effects from other compounds

    Yeah, I am going to sell the EQ & Var, and my buddy is giving me a 3rd bottle of Test. So I am going to run 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. I would hate to maintain anything less than 5% yearround because your body feels like death when you're very low. I work my way back up to 8-10% and stay there until I diet again for another show. I am not competing again until 2011 and plan on running a cpl cycles between now & then and then doing NPC Atlantic States that June. Pics will be uploaded as soon as I get them from my most recent show.
