    dbol ?

    I had read on another site that you should chew d-bol tabs before you swallow them. Is this true or is it a rumor that was going around? Thanks!!

    No reason why you can't. However D-Bol is not subligal so there probably will be no extra benefit.

    I know people who crush them up and mix them with water but sinece there is no reason to just swallow them down

    You have to chew **'s tabs cause they're too hard to be absorbed without chewing them. Ive always heard grape juice too.

    GRAPEFRUIT juice can be taken w/ 17aa steriods , it helps with the absorption.
