    enlarged heart

Just a question. When someone is ready to start a cycle should they cut their cardio to a minimum or out completely to keep heart rate down? Due to the heart being a muscle, it works, it grows? Then of course post cycle hit it hard.

Heart enlargement happens even without steroids, some high endurance athletes have enlarged hearts.

On cycle, unless taking compounds that impair or depress the cardiovascular system (ie. tren), there shouldn't be a problem with doing your normal amount of cardio.

Heart enlargement doesn't happen over night.

sweet, good to know. I'll be starting a cycle in 4-6mth's. I always do 45 min of cardio 6-7 days a week. I heard from my freind in the gym why certain individuals don't do cardio after their work outs(only while on cycle). Just trying to become as knowledgeable as I can. Thanks!!

when im bulking i will only do cardio like 3 times a week if that. 6-7 days a week at 45 minutes to me would be counter productive during a bulking cycle

torn ACL not been repaired keeps me from running otherwise my knee swells up for a few days and is pretty painful..... =/ I stick to eliptical, bike, incline walking, stairs ... and super setting while lifting... =P

I believe the only reason a treadmill would be bad for your joints is because of the "pounding" from running... but you would get that from normal running too. I feel it in my knee every now and then
