pain in sides

Its been 6 months now since my last cycle but for the past 5 days ive had dull pain in both my sides more so in my lower to mid back. Its not a muscle pain kinda feels deeper. Ive had the same sorta feeling when i was younger after i would consume a ton of booze but i dont drink anymore. Has anyone else had this sorta thing happen? kidneys maybe???

Could be kidney's if your healthy though it's more likely sciatica . Where the nerves are pinched in the lower back and the pain can run down the legs.
