avanar? first cycle
hey guys im 19 turning 20 in july im 5'7 and weigh in right at 130. i work out regularly and my weight fluctuates 2 or 3 pounds a week, i have a high metabalism and cant seem to gain much more than where im already at. i can see the small change in definition that ive been gaining over the last 6 to 8 months but just can not put on size. i have a buddy taking test and avanar and it seems to be working great for him, but i dont want to just get huge in 2 weeks and lose it all. will i be able to gain some mass with avanar alone? ive been told i will just be gaining lots of definition and losing body fat..

The reason you are not gaining is because you are not eating enough of the right foods, steroids won't help.

your young,, your metabolism will more than likely start to change in the coming years. but anavar wont really put on to much weight if thats what ur asking.

Get your diet posted then these guys will send you in the right direction. You are a bit young to be taking steroids and you have years of natural gains still left. I weighed 133 at 6ft when i 1st started to workout and change my diet. It's been a fair while and i'm 169 now. I am an ectomorph and still i have a fair way to go to achieive a perfect diet.
Time is your friend not your enemy especially at 19/20.

Diet consists of alot of grilled chicken, fish. Breakfast is always 3 egs with turkey or ham and sausage. Protein shake every night after the gym. Salads with chucked tuna ect. I try not to eat much with alot of grease stay awayfrom pizza and other things like that. No fast food. Just seems like I can't hold weight long enough to turn it into muscle and bulk. Also I eat like 4 times a day, in 3 large sittings I can't curve cravings for rest of day.

I vote for a ten pound mega mass plus some creatine, deamn, watch out, try powerlifting techniques a bit, but seriously even though five-seven 130 is really low if your working out and your an ectomorph w/ever.

i was in the same boat for a long time. i couldnt break 130lbs through highschool, metabolism was just too high. but then around 18-20 years old. BAM! i blew up to 150lbs, and filled right out.
if i were you, i would wait another 2 years before turning to roids. get a good diet in line, and see how that works for you. once puberty completely winds down, youll gain a good bit of weight, if your diet is good.

LOL, you know i'm just being harsh on him because he's too young to cycle..so the fact that he mistyped the name of the steroid makes for easy additional grilling!!

6 Meals a day - heavy protein and complex carb intake - mass gainer w/ whey protein right after your workout. Before bed and in the middle of the night - long chain protein shake (BSN Syntha 6 or similar) At your age - eat whenever you want, and an occasional "dirty meal won't hurt. EAT!!!
