Redness below injection site

Hi guys I justs started my first cycle ever and was kinda hoping maybe a veteran in here could kindly walk me thru what happens post injection.
I give myself a 1cc shot of test enanthate in my right delt on Sunday. Now 3 finger widths below the injection there is an area that is s little warm, sore and slightly swollen and red. Its a little bit smaller than your hand with all of your fingers cut off. I used a 1 inch 23 gauge needle. I didn't know if maybe this was normal or not. Does this sound normal to you guys? Is it possible that I went to deep or that maybe its infected. I worked out tonight and the redness seems to have spread a little bit more. Please if someone could give me any advice it would be much appreciated.

Did you use sanitary procedure?

Could be post injection soreness, keep an eye on it if it continues go to the doctor.

same thing happens to me when I hit delts. is it warm to the touch or are you running a fever. how was your injection technique?

Its been three days if it doesnt start getting better by tomorrow i would have it checked out.

Yup I did it by the book. It was clean. I kinda just gave the needle a nice push till there was just a little bit of it showing. Went nice and slow wasn't really any pain at all. I worked out on Monday and didnt really have anything going on. It wasn't until yesterday that it really showed the redness and swelling. I have taken some penicilin just in case it is infected.

wouldnt worry about it too much. should be better shortly. i found the more i worried about it the more i touched it and the redder it became. give it another day or so before you worry
