1st cycle of omnadren dosage?

i am going to be doing my very first steroid cycle, what would be a good dosage to start at? i have planned to do 4 weeks of dbol and 12 weeks of omnadren.

I would go 500mg per week. Two injections per week of 250mg.

thats a high dose for a 12 year old at 40% bodyfat dont you think. Especially since he doesnt workout.
