23 years old, very skinny and want to gain weight

    hello all,

I am new to all of this and have now decided that steroids are going to be the best route for me to take. I am 23 years old, 5'9", and i weigh 135 pounds. I have always been very skinny, and i have done everything to try and gain muscle and weight but my metabolism is just too fast. I know that steroids can help me, so i am prescribing myself with them. What i would like to know is... What is the best type of steroid to use? Can i use them until i get to my ideal weight and appearance, then continue to work out without them and keep the weight on? If somebody could please help me with the best route to take for this, i would really appreciate it. I'm very sick of being the skinny guy, and i need a change. I know that if i look good, i will feel good, and have more confidence.

    Thanks,
    Brian

dude, u dont need steroids man.. u need your diet to be put in order....

all the steroids in the world will not make you big if your not eating right, it's like trying to drive cross country with an empty tank of gas, your not gonna get too far...

    u wanna get big???

    80% diet
    15% training
    5% gear

get the first two down before you jump into the third....

i help alotta guys out in the diet branch of this forum.. u just have to be willing to listen and learn..

im sure everyone here is gonna tell u the same thing i have..

the choice is yours.. ill be waiting on your response

I was 6'0 134lbs and I gained 40lbs weight in 4 months, don't tell me you can't weight. I don't care who you are, if I can do it anyone can do it.

    Its 80% diet 15% training 5% supplements/steroids/whatever

thanks for the quick response man. I know that diet is the most important. I just want to make sure that when i start my weight gain diet that i am maximizing all potential. I don't want to be eating 6 meals a day to only see no results. The way i see it is if i combine the gear with the weight gain diet, then i should see bigger, better, and faster results right?

cant gain weight without gear = lose any weight you gain with gear when you come off.

lol.. u follow my advice and eat 6 meals a dayi promise u'll put on a minimum of 20-25lbs a year bro... and im talkin muscle...

i didn't get as big as i did because of gear.. it was my diet that did that.. i just started doing gear a bit over a year ago...

ur no where close to your genetic potential.....

u'd be wasting away at your receptors and lose all your gains cuz your diet wouldn't be able to keep up with your gains...

u need the disapline in your diet and training routine.. ur stats clearly show u dont have that...

trust me when i say this man, im not steering u wrong... u need to give yourself about a good 2 years of big bulk eating and a goo training reg... i guarentee we can get you up to 180 naturaly

    thanks again for the replies.
I'll take your advice and just start eating away. I guess i know deep down that this eating right will work just fine. I really just needed some direction of where to go and it sounds like you are all pointing me in the same way. would any of you guys happen to know where i could find a weekly meal chart of some kind?

lol.. no need for a weekly meal chart.. iv got everything u need to help u set up and customize ur own diet bro....

    here u go..
below is a link to some videos... these videos are gold because they give you a great idea of how your diet should look.. take the time to watch them (as i did when i just began0 and 90% of all your questions will be answered....

then do some math for me....
    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

then write out your diet for a day, be exact, i want to know everything that you eat, amounts, macros (pro/fat/cal carb.. u can use fitday.com for this ) dont tell me what you wanna eat to grow, be brutally honest about what you have been eating.. cuz you havn't been growing like u should....

we'll start tweaking you from there bro...

I was in the same boat as you. I have real fast metabolism i get hungry every 3 hours or so. Also i got to school full time and work full time to pay my way through school. I weigh 156lbs at 5"9 all i did increase my calorie intake and diet. Just train hard and take your supps you can put more weight naturally without using gear. Im trying to get to 160lbs before i start my first cycle. There are great threads on diet that really help.

My friend is about as skinny as you and he asks me the question "man how do i put on wieght i have tried everything and i just can't put on wieght", i said do you eat "yeah i eat heaps but can't put on any size". I realize his food intake for the day would be my breakfast and he would eat like a few minor meals, than sometimes after like 5-6hours of not eating would just eat a huge meal. I told him to buy a bigmac meal before bed everynight that should put on both wieghts, lol.

i remember when i was under weight for my height (5'10") i was 145lbs and i stuck to a strict diet for six months and i put on about 50lbs of true muscle mass. and this was with me doing wrestling and cross country and i was only 20. i would suggest a hard gainer diet of complex carbs and slow digesting proteins like soy and egg protien keep the intake going every 2-3 hours and i f u dont have a active lifestyle cut calories to fit your activity levels

Squats, Deadlifts, Chicken, Steak, Eggs, Tuna, Brown Rice, Oatmeal - should be the main things on your mind. And they should be on your mind all day every day.

Someone above said it best, if you can't eat and train right to keep weight on without steroids, you will lose whatever you gain when you stop your cycle.

dodgerbrian I feel your pain - I use to be in the same boat as you. I’m 5’10 and I use to weigh 125 -135 up until I was about 26 then I just started putting on the weight I’m now 32 and weigh 180 as you get older your metabolism will start to slow down.

Consider yourself lucky because you will gain weight with the right diet and not have much fat. It’ll be hard but it’s a lot easier to gain then it is to loose.

Why shouldn’t he take maybe 150 or 200 of test every other week just to help him out a little while he’s on his new diet?

ok, I havent read through this whole thread, but to the OP, have you read your post?

You sound so sure that steroids is your answer as though you've done the research to find the answers yet you are asking what to use?

Steroids wont do what you cant.

Actually go to your doctor and talk with him. The basics of most prescription steroids is for weight gain in teens and young males either with deficiencies or hormonal problems
