Diet is key to your goals Robert. When you keep saying "firm up the flab" you make me think you are overweight. Are you? Why don't you post up your diet plan for us so we can maybe offer you some suggestions to help you attain your goals?
AAS really is just icing on the cake, what you eat and the effort you put in at the gym is what really causes the transformation, and always will be. Given that you seem to have no idea how to run these compounds (You don't even know what dosage you took? What about a pct? You are so young!) you should lay off for now, perhaps do a little pct (post cycle therapy), and do a lot of research on safe and proper use before considering using again. I don't want to see you on daytime TV telling Tyra how steroids destroyed your life.
