time between cycles?

I finished a 10 week cycle of Sustanon at 500mg per week. I am currently on a PCT of Clomid/Nolva. I would like to do a 12 week cycle of Test E 500mg and Deca 400mg per week. How long should I wait between my last cycle and the next one?

Length of last cycle + PCT= Time off is rule of thumb. If you want to do it sooner get your levels checked to make sure they are back up

this is the rule of thumb. unless u plan on getting blood work say 2 months after pct and everything comes back normal, then u can start earlier
