Hello all I'm new. I've been on Growth for about 15 months. Durring this time I have ran winny and Clen, but that was last Summer.
My body weight has droped from 265 to 230. Im pretty big 6'1, and my body fat percentage is 18%. I'm still on about 3ius of growth a day. My diet is good. I've been doing alot of cardio and heavy lifting for about the last 8 weeks.
I'm about to start a cycle of Test with var at the end. I have proper AI and pct planned. The main goal for me is to cut more fat and I was hoping the Test along with my 6 days of cardio with weights would help. But, should I wait untill I'm at 15 percent bf before I start? Thanks
