Question before I start my first real cycle.
Hello all I'm new. I've been on Growth for about 15 months. Durring this time I have ran winny and Clen , but that was last Summer.
My body weight has droped from 265 to 230. Im pretty big 6'1, and my body fat percentage is 18%. I'm still on about 3ius of growth a day. My diet is good. I've been doing alot of cardio and heavy lifting for about the last 8 weeks.
I'm about to start a cycle of Test with var at the end. I have proper AI and pct planned. The main goal for me is to cut more fat and I was hoping the Test along with my 6 days of cardio with weights would help. But, should I wait untill I'm at 15 percent bf before I start? Thanks

so you've been running GH for 15 months but only lifting for the last 8 weeks?
something tells me your diet is probably off.
but, anyway, most here will suggest you keep leaning out a bit before you cycle.

Maybe off. Diet if anything but I just want to hurry up and start my cycle. At 18 % bf am I wasting my time ?

go post up your diet in the diet forum for help.
yah, if your diet is off, you're wasting your time.
just be patient, you came this far, a few more weeks won't kill you.

Plus my goals with this cycle is to continue to just try and tighten up. I dont want to gain weight if I can help it. I guess I need to do alot of reps? I still want to lift heavy though! LOL I'm just not sure how I should train to avoid from gaining 20 pounds I dont want that.

no. higher reps will not necessarily get you more toned. Best to continue to lift heavy.
If you don't want to gain 20lbs of muscle...steroids probably aren't suited for you goals then.
I still think you should just focus on cutting right now and keep reading and researching.

you wont meet any of ur goals on a cycle, when u say ur diet is anything, you will just be wasting gear, and throwing ur money away get ur diet in check, then ur trainning the think about gear after u give us some stats so we can help you plus you want to get ur body fat a little lower....

Then post it and we will see. Either way, I don't think AAS fit your goals right now. You want to lose weight, diet and cardio are your new best friends.

my bad sooner i thought it said. is anything...not if anything...........still most of us start in the diet section some great guys over there that really help tweak ur diet to help meet ur goals.....then on to bigger and better things....

What are your stats?
Lifting for 4-5 years (since junior high)... Junior High + 4-5 years; Are you still in High School?

Its cool. I just want to know if I should get down to 15% bf before I use this test and var. I'm doing it regardless. If I gain alot of weight I gain it. I was down to 220 about 8 weeks ago with higher bf than now. I've been busting my ass and gained about 10 pounds and dropped my bf. Clothes are not as tight, face looks smaller comments from others etc. So I guess I really should not worry about weight. I only weigh about 1 time per month anyway. My goal was not to put on weight but I have eating lots of small meals cheat 1 time a week. I do drink late night sugar free redbulls. Anyway I was told that test would help me burn more fat and var would help cut.

I have buddies that use them. They say that using test will help me burn more fat. Plus I would like to try it out you know. Hgh is getting old lol. I'm really curious to how I will feel and see if I can get stronger. I've been stuck at benching 315 2 to 3 reps on a good day for the last 6 months. I mainly need help in the stomach area and I have some fatty gyno since I was a fat kid lol.

Steroids won't make your gyno go away, in fact it will make it worse if you don't take necessary precautions (AI use on cycle)

I think since your friends are doing it and you seem so intent on using AAS, you're going to do it. In the end, you will see that we are all right, but whatever, go on your marry way and use steroids .
Have fun wasting your time and money, atleast hopefully your boyfriends will like your new boobs.
