    Working on Chest and Abs

Sup guys. I currently just finished college and I am off until August. On my break, I want to gian a nice tone chest, abs, and back. I am currently 10-15 pounds over my required weight. What can i take that can give me the quickest results with minium side effects? Remember that I need results before august. Thanks

what is your "required" weight? sounds like you are looking to use steroids as a shortcut to your goals. a consistent diet and training regimen for a long period of time is how you will get where you want. steroids are generally for those who have reached or came damn close to their natural potential. tell us more about yourself? age? height? weight? experience?

I agree. That was a poor attempt at humor. However, I will say that for the "everyday" "joe schmoe", who thinks that AAS are wonder drugs that require little thought or preparation, Pushups etc... are probably better for them. My 2 centavos...

A low carb, high protein, essential fats diet and cardio will do wonders to get those 10-15 pounds off by August. It's that simple. No AAS needed. Throw in a good multi-vitamin and that's about it. What are your current stats by the way?
