    First Test C only Cycle

    Test Cyp only cycle
    183lbs 14% bf
    Currently on 4th week.

    Started at 250mg/w and i started doin more research on here i read it was better to do 500mg/2

    so 2 weeks into my cycle i bumped it up to 250mg twice a week.i will do this for the next 8 weeks.

    PCT 18 days after nolva 40mg/day week 1
    week 2-4 20mg/day

    any suggestions? what do you guys think?
    One more Noob question...is it ok to take an NO such a black powder while on cycle?

    I would add Clomid with your nolva for PCT and possibly have an AI on hand for bloat or gyno signs

    21 yo
    5'9"
    as for diet i try to gt about 2500-3000 cal a day..about 200gm of protein. Eat no Junk but dont really have a strict diet.

    been training since i was 17

    I would like to bulk a lil maybe move up to 190 but also bring my body fat down

    still a few years too young to be shutting down your natty test and risking it not coming back BUT............you already started so

    its a good first cycle, get the clomid for pct along with the nolva and try to get an AI in case you need it

    What would you recommend For AI?

    I was thinking of using some supps after my cycle to get my natty Test levels back to normal..something likeMHP T_bomb

    any advice about mixing Gear w/ supplements?

    for an AI i like Arimidex

    supps are ok but they do NOT replace PCT compounds, you need both nolva and clomid to A) get your natty test back up and running, and B) control estrogen rebound

    OTC supps will do neither of those and test boosters will only help once your test production is back up and running

    i also have sustanon on hand...shuld i jst keep doin a test c only or shuld i add the sus in too?

    any advice would be appreciated

    bro, do yourself a favor and get to the diet forum it will make all the difference in your gains...just post up your diet and stats and well take care of ya

    ok so today i started my diet..

    7am- Optimum nutrition Pro complex protein shake

    8am- 2 cups oatmeal, 1cup fresh fruit, 1 piece of wheat toast

    12pm- 2 chicken breast, 2 cups of green beans & met rx bar

    3 pm ON pro complex shake

    5pm 4 egg whites, 2 chicken breast

    and thats where im at so far..been drinkn nothing but water..and had one lo carb rockstar round 10am

    8 am NO PROTEIN

    5 pm NO CARBS

    the diet guru's will be along to tweek you

    ill keep that in mind for tomrw..

    i guess its not too late to add sum carbs to my 5pm meal
