hey how often are you suppose to inject sustanon 250? and would you recommend that for a first time cycle?

Looking back at my first cycle which was sus 250, i'd say no. Stick with Test E.

Sust has a bunch of compounds in it that can have different effects on your body. For instance... before my first cycle i never had a problem with acne on my back. After my cycle, my back looked terrrrrible. I had no idea which compound was actually doin that. Now that I tried different things, i contribute my acne to short estered tests like prop and I know to stay away from them if i want to keep the acne under control. hope that makes sense

My friend broke out a lot of his back as well from the Sust 250. But yeah run test e 500mg/week for your first cycle
