    straight answer

"Nolva and Arimidex will be on hand and will be put to use at the first sign of gyno"

Ive heard this line MANY times throughout this forum.

can someone please tell me exactly wat this involves? upon the first sign of gyno, how much nolva do u use and for how long? and how does arimidex fit into all of this?

i know this is a somewhat noob question but please tell me what i need to know.

I would be running adex throughout the cycle, and most protocol 20mg/day of nolva when gyno symptoms start popping up.

alright so assuming u have not been running a-dex throughout, would u start when symptoms arise and keep it going till pct?

as for nolva...how long would u run it for?

I dont think that you would need to run anything throughout the cycle if there are no symptoms. I have just finished a 12 week test-tren -dbol cycle and only used proviron for 20 days when my nipples got a little itchy in the 8th week. Im now in my 3rd week of a nolvadex pct.

You're choice to run it until side effects subside or straight into PCT.
