Weight Loss Help, Please....
Ok, I am new to the site and have a question for all you people who know more than I do about steroid use .
I am a 24 yr old male who weighs about 360 lb. I've tried just diet and exercise but to no avail. I am thinking about taking steroids for weight loss.
My buddy uses bulking steroids, but has very limited exp. with shredders.
I was gonna try and stack clen with winnie v for like 6 weeks on and 4 off with the clen for only 2 6 week on cycles. And winnie every other day for 16 weeks.
Now my blood pressure is a little high due to weight and smoking, but I just quit smoking so that should help drop my bp.
I was wondering how dangerous this could be for me......

Welcome, and very dangerous. What is you body fat%?

Welcome to the site.
There is no steriod that will make you lose fat.
If you can't diet and exercise to lose weight nothing will help you.
360lb is very heavy and you should be able to drop weight like nothing.
How tall are you?

dont even think about winnie!
clen and t3 are possibilities, but your best bet is heading to the diet forum and hitting the cardio daily!
if you're 360lbs and you cant lose weight you either have a medical condition or you diet is out of control.

Body fat is probably around 28-33%. Bad I know. Trying to change shit. I don't respond as usual to normal dietng and exercise. But I am going to the Marine corps diet. White chicken and tuna, with few carbs and low fats. Cardio is a fast walk for a hour a day.

unless your about 6'10, i highly doubt your bf is 28-33%..
how tall are u???
im 6'4 275ish.... 360lbs ur a big guy....
any whooo, u need to post up a detailed diet.. ge to the diet branch and post up a detailed diet with macros (pro/fat/cal/carb).. put my sn in the subject..
btw. u can use fitday.com to get macros
i used to be 30%bf myself bro.. dont trip, we'll get u down to where u wanna be..

Ok so i have to addmit that when i was younger i was a fat F***k when i turned 16 i realized how bad i need some hot (PINK TACCO) lol and i put my self in fat camp lol. i went from all fat 205 at 5'9" to 140 lol i KNOW (Not healthy) but thats how bad i wanted to lose weight. DUDE i didnt even use one diet pill with that all diet ( i didnt even really know anything on diet at that time as you can see) and motivation!. I say THINK P**SY diet do cardio on empty stomach and you will get laid before you know it. Oh and if this will motivate you, when i went back to school after summer break i had one of the hottest girls all over me and wanting to hook up, when before i could only jerk off to them. lol sad but true!...now im 195 at 5'11" with 11 bf% (still cutting) good luck man

No juice for you bro...I was 330lbs and its all about diet and exercise..men tend to lose weight at a quicker pace than women so its not unusual for us to drop 10 lbs a week with just a change in eating habits accompanied by a good exercise program that inclues weights and tons of cardio..I worked out 2x a day for 9 months in a row to get the results I wanted...basically any free time you have shjould be used to exercise in one form or another...its a total lifestyle change...you can't half ass it...it wasn't until I was about 250 or so that I started to juice...but my story isn't typical...I was driven like a maniac to do whatever I needed to do....the results speak for themselves.

Dont worry my body fat a year ago before i started my diet and cardio was ~39-40% !!!! i dropped it to ~26% and im sure its less now , like 24% !!! All you need to do is focus on your diet and cardio , every member on this forum will mention that cuz whatever you take wont do you anygood if you dont change ur diet to a healthy one , your activities especially cardio and your lifestyle in general, quit smoking and all the bad things inculding alcohol which is really bad for your hormones and will greatly promote fat gain .
So you need 2 drop ur ~28-33% to less than 23% and then when its harder to lose fat you hit the T3, clen , HGH etc..... and stay away from steroids , steroids dont burn fat .
What about HGH ????? let's say he got his BF% ~ 24% then he could start an HGH cycle for 3 or 4 months at 2 IU's ed which will lower him to less than 20% bf then he can try T3 clen for more fat loss or maybe even during the HGH cycle

Slip in some biking, biking is much easier on the joints. Start with what you can do and work from there.

360, and all you do is walking for cardio
yeah you're way way over 30% bodyfat
no substance we use will help you do anything but expidite your death. Your diet is your worst enemy. More exercise wouldn't kill ya either. Maybe see a doc about appitite suppressants or with a low fat diet you could get some Alli and hope you don't shit yourself.
