didnt know where to post this question
now i know genetics have a lot to play in your ability to build muscle, but i wondered also about height. for example im 6 foot 4, and have always been naturally quite big, now would this mean id have a better ability to build muscle than someone smaller, or am i talking S***.

im also 6'4... guys like us have to put on more muscle to look bigger, even though we are bigger... theres more mass, so 10lbs on us might look like 15lbs on someone who is 6 inches shorter...
in other words, get your diet in check and get your ass in the gym
