need help!!!
hi im interested in startin a cycle using steroids . i was thinking of starting a cycle including Liquidex (Arimidex )
Dianabol
Testosteroneenanthate or cypionate
i dont know how much to get and all of that, i was really hoping for some help to figure out what i should do. im 6'1 195 pounds with around 15%body fat. i want to gain mass and strength but still look ripped. i have done months and months of research but im still new on all the uses and what to do before i start and what to do after my cycle ends. i work out 5 to 6 days a week hard for a couple hours.

its the fact that when i said my true age all the responses i got where dont take steroids there bad and all that. but thats not what im asking im asking for a cycle to take. i understand the risk of taking steroids at a young age, but i have been on a good diet to help bulk up and working out hard yet its still not working. so what should i do to bulk up? so yea your right i turn 19 in june and graduate from highschool.

yea well the FACT is we DON'T just hand out cycle advice to anyone !!
We do not give advice when the user isn't going to listen to our advice
You may want to damage your HPTA, but we will NOT help you do it !!
We give advice to RESPONSIBLE adults that actually care about the risks they are about to take in changing the chemical make up of their body
come back when you are worthy
IF you really want to gain, then get in the DIET forum and start there, FOOD is your friend right now and you can make incredible gains if you start eating correctly

well doesn't that just suck......
talk about being selective in what you wanna take in....
is there a conspiracy going on??
are we the ONLY forum that follows the rules of giving the advice that needs to be given, not the ones that people wanna hear???
im not gonna lie when i say i dont know much about other forums, this is the only one i'v ever worked on.. this is home to me..
do u guys mean to say that there are forums out there that'll tell a 6 ft tall 135lb guy to do a tren only cycle or some shit like that?????
you know what, dont answer that question.. i really dont wanna know when i think about it....
god i love this forum, this is home to me...

x10^^^^^^^
actually, let me give you a head start.. u need this info when u post in the diet forum
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them
To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9
