dbol & win?
Hello, I am not new to the site I just cant recover my password for some reason. But I have been away from the forum for about a year...
I have both winstrol and Dbol and was wondering if anyone has ever taken them both together? How was that experience? what were the specs of your cycle?
I know...I know... dbol is typically for bulking and winstol for cutting...My first two cycles I ran dbol at the begining and winstrol at the end both times with Test E. But this time I'm thinking Test P + winstrol + Dbol all together. I would take the Dbol in a light dose just to add some strength. The goal of the cycle is a clean bulk.

PCT knowledge
you can make that cycle work as long as you use the test, i would run the dbol for 4 weeks in the beginning, then run the winny the last 6 weeks right up to the day before PCT. If your winny is oral, that would be 10 weeks of orals, so I would make sure you had some liver support

I used to be 210...trying to get back up to around 200!

agreed ! at 6'3", you should be able to get to 230-240 NATURALLY before ever needing steroids .

This is the diet I used during my last cycle and it would look similar during this one except im going to throw in some bown rice and sweet patatoe and maybe cut down some of the cals in the first meal
I realize im pretty thin right now...there was sorta a chain of events that lead to me loosing atleast 20lbs... Im just trying to get back to where I was!

I don't like that at all, but maybe someone else will have a better idea.
To me that looks counter productive as dbol will make you retain water and give strength increase ( water retention is needed to help joints when strength shoots up quickly)
and the winny drys you out, so.... doesn't look good to me at all, but thats JMHO
and 30mg of winny is pointless, 50 is the usually minimum
The whole point in stacking compounds is to stack ones that work well together, not to mention that is 6 weeks of two harsh orals

role it to 8 wks,, drop the dbol ,, start winny in week 3
and if i could get to 230 240 naturally at 6'3" there would be no point to juice.

Honestly I could not get to 230-240 natty and wouldnt even wanna get that big on AAS...I was always extremely skinny growing up, my natural weight is like 165.
so how about this cycle...
week 1-6 Test P 100mgs EOD
week 1-8 Mast P 200mgs EOD
week 3-7 Win 50mgs ED

I like the idea of a 6 wk cycle...nice and quick! My other cycles were always 12wks and I always experienced a bit of depression/fatigue during my PCT...I'm hoping that a shorter cycle will help alleviate this problem.
