    need help starting my first cycle

    i am new to all this and im just about to start my first cycle but i need some help im going to be using nap 50s i dont know how long my first cycle should be? how many i should take a day? do i have to take them everyday?and can i use creatine after i finsh my cycle to help me recover pct i think its called and what should i drink while taking the steroids ? and isit ok to use whey protein supplements while on the nap 50s thanks

    You shouldn't run orals alone.
    Whats your age/weight/height/bf%?

    im 18 5ft 10 im about 135 pounds wat cycle do u think i should do with the nap 50s and wat should i run with them

    I think you should sell them or store them for awhile. You can naturally gain so much weight, and at your age, steroids are pointless. Your test is already through the roof! Head on over to the diet section and post up a sample diet and we can help

    its not pointless at my age ive seen a few of my mates get some really good gains usnig them i just want to try using the naps if they dont work for me i will try another way but please can people help me what cycle would be best for me and answer some of the questions i asked above thanks for your advice jfew44

    it gets really iritating after reading thread, after thread, after thread when 9.9/10 people who want to start cycles dont even have the foundation of diet/training down. GO TO DIET FORUM/WORKOUT SECTION TO GET WHAT YOU NEED KIDDO.

    any guy on this board will tell you that you need to eat, get your diet in check, eat some more and stay off the sauce for a couple of years. This website has tonnnnss of valuable information on it. Do the research.

    No youre right its not pointless... Its flatout dangerous. You do realize that you can fvck up your natural test levels for the rest of your life, right? Especially at your age, when your natural test levels havent even reached their full potential. You came here for information and advice, we are giving it to you. Stay off the juice.

    ino diet is one of the most important thing in making gains but ive looked at some diets and the food they eat is disgusting im a very fussy eater so its really hard for me to get my diet sorted i need to have about 3100 calories a day any ideas what will get me to that

    llisten, stop being an ignoranus and read thre threads i sent. then post in the diet forum what you belieeve to be a good diet with macros of all the foods (pro/fat/carbs of each meal and day) with BMR. GO READ THE LINKS

    also, if your a verry fussy eater maybe you should consider something different liek trying out for intramural volleyball? if you cant sacrifice your trix cereal then your entering the wrong realm in life

    I'm sure some of your mates did get big. I have a friend who eats mcdonalds 5 times a week and has 8% bodyfat. Doesn't mean I could do it.

    Here's 2 scenarios for you:

    1. You take ANY kind of steroid and get up to 160lbs. After your cycle is done, whether it be a month or 6 months later, you are back down to 135. You also have gone through many relationships and feel down about yourself because you have erectile disfunction. You give up on the gym, stop believing in yourself, and after 2 years you are 150lbs and 25%bf.

    2. You get your diet straight. You gain 20lbs/year for 2 years straight (not out of the question) and after 2 years you are 175lbs, 10% bf, and (if you choose) ready to take the next step.


    Granted, the first scenario is a little extreme, but do you get what I'm trying to say? Steroids won't do a thing for you if your diet isn't on track, and you are 135lbs, so it is not.

    ino it could be dangerous but i want to get big and i dont get gains so im trying to take steroids to get some gains im reasearching what the perfect diet 4 me would be ino how much protien carbs and fats i need now im lookin at what foods have the most of them in the food can anyone help me with my cycle

    That's your problem. EAT! Look at some sample diets. I'm doing my best not to flame. If you don't like what you hear (everyone is saying the same thing), go to a different board and ask them.
