i am new to all this and im just about to start my first cycle but i need some help im going to be using nap 50s i dont know how long my first cycle should be? how many i should take a day? do i have to take them everyday?and can i use creatine after i finsh my cycle to help me recover pct i think its called and what should i drink while taking the steroids? and isit ok to use whey protein supplements while on the nap 50s thanks
