not necessarily, if you take too much, ie, more than your body needs or is used to, your most common side is shortness of breath....
try lipostim or take a closer look at your meal plans throughout the day..The answer to your every question

I haven't taken t3 yet but I am including it in my upcoming cycle. Jiggaman, said that it gives him a good amount of energy at only 25mcg. I wouldn't take t3 off cycle though, you will burn up to much muscle.

depends on how high your BF is too. If your diet is perfect, catabolisim would be minimal. I have never taken it but read quite extensively on it. I want to say I feel a little apprehensive about tweaking on my thyroid and also on my pancreatic/insulin balance/response. Beating up on my HTPA is quite enough and I already believe there has been lifelong changes to my body already. My T levels tested low so I do have permanent Test repl Therapy as I desire. YAY all the cheap legal Test my little heart desires.....
Thatz the problem with fvucin with your endocrine system. shit gets AFU and then it's impossible to function without it after so long of doing it.

why take T3 anywho? loose BF% just roll in the GH that way you wont be tweaking the thyroid and loosing any size.
Is it true that T3 makes you sweat bullets all the time?

t3 drained the life out of me too even at low dosages , and i really dont think anyone needs it , its just too much , at least for me.
and by the way gappa , whats the big deal with HRT , i mean you guys talk like your test levels are gonna stay the same all your life , they are going to get lower its certain . i personally would actually get on TRT on 30 whatever the hell is going on and stay on it , it doesn't get any better than feeling strong and virile all the time, thank god we have testosterone , just my opinion.

all in moderation my friend. when doing TRT its good to keep the doses as low as possible. like being on a neverending cycle. People say it looses it's effectiveness after awhile, I say BS. I keep growing and growing
I am 33 now but when I was younger I know I roasted my nuts good with all the stupid shit I did.

ya bro thats what i agree on , moderation is key , even in cycles , for example i never go above 500-750 mg of test per week etcc... stuff like that , never use too much etc..
TRT loosing effectiveness is BS , the body never looses effectiveness of something he needs and naturally produces , did you ever loose the effectiveness of the test your balls produce lol ??? jeezzz.
after a while on test , you dont blow up , you keep growing slowly but with tremendous quality look and muscle , which is what we are after arent we ? not the water filled cells we get in the begining of the cycle( not saying its bad but its not our main goal).
peace out.

Never touch the stuff again, even at small doses like 50mcg a day and LESS all I wanted to do was sleep, had zero energy and motivation to work out, actually that whole one week that I used it I did not workout at all, I just couldn't. Stuff was absolutely horrible for me. Only time I think it would boost energy levels is if you had hypothyroidism.

Interesting...now I am starting to reconsider adding t3 to my upcoming cycle. Guess I could always start it at a low dose (12.5mcg) the 1st week and see how my body reacts to it. The last thing I want is to feel tired though!
