    need an addition to my cycle

    i am currently on my 3rd week of a test E cycle (500 mg/week)... also running hgh and arimidex .... i am looking to add something else to my cycle but no sure what... i had planned on adding winstrol weeks 7 to 12, but i am undecided. my bodyfat is around 15 percent (estimate) and many suggest that winstrol should be used at a lower bodyfat percentage...

    what are your suggestions on what i should add to my cycle to add lean muscle???

    any previous cycles?

    if your trying to get lean, DIET down and get that bodyfat down and just stick with the Winny at the end

    3 weeks into test E, it hasn't kicked in yet, just be patient,

    yes i've ran previous cycles, but i have to admit they were not all done correctly.. thanks to the knowledge from this site they are now... my last cycle was sustanon , primo, and anavar . i do not plan on using the primo or the var again as i felt they were pretty weak.

    do you recommend dieting while on cycle? i normally up the calories while on cycle

    Your cycle is kinda wack right now anyways.. here this is how i'd run it:

    Test-E (weeks 1 - 12) @ 500mg
    Winny (weeks 9 - 14) @ 50mg each day

    Why are you running the arimidex each day? are you gyno prone? or do you just really want to avoid water retention? (enanthane is a very poor choice if you're trying to avoid water weight!)

    How long have you been on the HGH for? And how many IU's each day are you running it at? You should see an increase in lean muscle mass / decrease in BF from the GH if you've been on it for a couple of months...

    and YES you should be dieting while on cycle. It's an ideal time to change your body composition easily, with the extra test, might as well take advantage of it.

    Watch out for the winny.. it can dry your joints out pretty savagely.

    i dont see how my cycle is wack..... all you did was push back the winstol 2 weeks... i actually took the cycle from an educational thread.

    i'm not running the arimidex every day... i'm running it EOD. and i wanted to take a single ester test so i chose test E.. wanted to avoid the painful and frequent injections of prop. i'm not necessarily gyno prone but i chose to take the arimidex to keep the water retention down.

    i've been on the gh for about 6 months. i played around with the dose a lot and recently ramped it back up to 6ius a day. i definetely have seen an increase in lean muscle mass. decrease in bodyfat as well but im having trouble with stomach fat which i think im genetically predisposed too

    WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS WITH THIS?

    All depends on what kindof calories you eat. you can lose fat and gain muscle if you eat properly on cycle. I always like to kindof eat more earlier through a cycle (or i guess you can say eat crappier food) and then tighten my diet up and start cardio towards the later parts of it. But thats just my goals, i dont mind losin 5lbs of muscle to get more defined

    well my goal of course is to gain lean muscle... i've been a bit discouraged lately as i've hit a plateau with my stomach fat.. i have slimmed down a lot but i cant get rid of this stomach fat anymore than i already have... sometimes i feel like upping the calories and bulking up instead of continuing my original plan of fat loss
