    Do you have to stack?

I have been using suppliments and not really seeing the gains i want. Thinking of going to some of the real stuff. Still trying to figure out what to use.

I am wanting to know if you can use something for a 6-8 weeks and then stop for a few and get back on or do you have to stack.

    42 yrs old
    188 lbs
    12%
    I work out 3-4 days a week.
Been working out regulary for about 1 year now.

Not wanting to get huge just needing help to get me over the hump

I'll bet that you can still get over that 'hump' naturally by tweaking your diet and perhaps training. If you've been only working out for one year you've probably still got some ways to go before you max out. That said at 42 years old it might not be a bad idea to run a simple cycle of just testosterone . Will probably make you feel better in and out of the gym. There's no need to stack many different compounds

    How tall are you?

    What's your diet look like?

No, you don't have to stack, but a pct of some sort would be in order after using.

Well the key is to have your diet on track. Have you been to the doctors to get any bloodwork done? That's the first thing I would do at your age before considering cycling.
