    Have Thoroughly Read Forums.. Still Have A Few Questions

    First off here are my stats so no one thinks I'm some kid. I'm 23 in September, 6'2 215 pounds and 15% bf. I have a very good diet and workout routine. Also going with Pheedno's pct and keeping an extra nolva on hand incase I get signs of gyno.

    I did my first 250 injection of test in my quad Monday and everything went perfect.. The stuff makes me feel amazing. The next day my muscle started hurting like shit though and still does. I know it's not infected. My friends say it's normal when you inject in your muscle tissue like that and say it will hurt for 4-5 days, but there is no way i'll be able to do a decent leg workout with it feeling like this. I use a 1" 23 syringe btw.

    So, my first question is, will injecting in my butt or shoulder be less painfull in the following days so I'm able to have a decent leg workout? Any other suggestions? I liked the idea of shooting in my quad because It's easier to self-inject. I have no one to inject for me.. Shoulder definitely seems off limits if the muscle is sore for that long considering how much upper body I do and glute seems difficult if self-injecting.

    Last question! I'm 15% bf, but I'd really like to be around 9-10%, but I hate cardio. I swim 1-2,000 meters twice a week but that's it. Will test help lower your bf with a low fat, high calorie, carb and protein diet and hardcore lifting routine? Opinions and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

    Virgin muscle hurts when you inject it. It's a fact. Just keep injecting and it will get better.

    glute should leave you less sore than your leg 1st couple time IMO

    as for test, yes it burn fat, but to get to where you want will be high intensity and good diet/training. be patient though, you wont drop that much body fat in a short amount of time
