    Exclamation Quick question about sustanon

    I am 140lbs I eat 2500 to 3000 calories a day and no its not fast food its organic food rice cakes, hard boiled eggs pasta etc. plus cytogainer chocolate shake with peanut butter and banana. i have a bowflex extreme 2 se. 20-50lbs dumbells, and a stationary bike. I cant gain more muscle or weight so I have been talking to this body builder i know and trust. He mentioned sustanon and ive been doing research on it for a week now. But I am 22 5'9 dont have much facial hair and dont really look 22. Will taking that really stunt my growth and I also heard it destroys your sex life in a sence. Looking for more details before I buy and I am at the end. Im sick of people saying wow you eat so much where does it all go and saying I'm real skinny. Any advice or imput would be appreciated sorry for the long post just thought you might need that information thanks

    At 5'9" 140 I'd say you have a diet problem or a healthy colony of tapeworms for pets.

    Post up your diet.

    please list your daily diet in detail, including total calories, etc.

    140 at 5'9...... I think i have seen anorexic people weigh more bro...... definitely post up diet....... something just isn't right......

    in that 3000 calories how much of it is shakes....

    Ok I will try...I dont know if i can get the calories for everything I do know cytogainer i have is about 900 calories (4 scoops with 16 oz milk). Ok I have cold cereal (usually special K) with v8 Splash work I have 3 hard boiled eggs w/ packet of salt for flavor, a bowl of oatmeal, Banana, Apple, 2 Bacaon Cheeseburgers (2 beef paties 4 slices of cheese 2 packets of ketchup & mustard and 2 hamburger buns. Oh i dont know if this counts but i have probly 3-4 bottles of water. Cytogainer shake with a peanutbutter sandwhich on wheat. 2 brown rice cakes with peanutbutter, Green tea. Pasta. It varies each day because I work in a kitchen, but thats the closest i can give you. I try to eat healthy. but occastionally I will have 2 oven baked sandwhiches (chicken bacon ranch) from dominoes. I dont know if that helps or if thats what you wanted. yes i am male.

    No offense bro, but that diet is horrid. It is undoubtedly the problem. That needs fixing yesterday.

    Check out the diet forum, starting with the stickies. Reading over other's diets and seeing the feedback can be a big help also. Here's a link for you: http://forums.steroid.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

    Work out a diet plan for yourself with macros and post for review.

    I'll throw you a few meal ideas here, just to get your mind working.
    *eggs (mostly whites), oats, little fruit
    *chicken breast, red potatoes, greens w/evoo
    *lean beef, wild rice, veg
    *chicken breast, sweet potato, natty pb, veg

    All quality foods, nice balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. You'll find links in the diet stickies to help you decide your caloric requirements and stuff, but you're probably looking at like 6 500ish calorie meals spaced out every few hours daily, resembling those above. I know it can be a bitch sometimes with work scheduling, but do your best. Bring canned fish and stuff from home if you must, it beats domino's.
