    Bit of guidance ?

    Hi,

    Obviousily I'm new here, I recently brought some Dianabol , I only bought a month's worth- now I dont think thats enough.

    I have grown , ym chest and arms, my back too, but I dont know if thats becuase Ive been working hard at the gym, or what.

    I was taking 25 mg a day, at breakfast , midday, afternoon, and before I go to Gym

    Im not a very big guy anyway,

    145 pounds,

    As it goes- im faily lean,


    What stack etc, can I use to get decent results,

    I just want to be bigger, and HOW long do i take it for,

    what do i take after my cycles

    If anyone could shed any light

    Much appreciated. When it comes down to it, im faily new to this.

    not sure on my bodyfat, I can alays post a picture
    Gym experience, probably about a year, havnt been on it for a while,

    So starting back up

    once with Dianbol

    Post cycle therapy ,

    Isnt it when you use it to restore lost test ?
    bit vague, but thats the jist?

    bro, you are too young and have not yet done enough research to be using steroids .

    I suggest you head over to the diet forum, and post up your diet.

    Unless you are under 5 foot you don't have a large enough base to start with aas.

    Post a pic with your face edited so we can check out your b/f

    Dianabol is a good cycle kickstarter, but should be stacked with a long ester.

    Your first true cycle should probably be test only, but you are far away from that.

    Study up on pct, if you are unsure what it is you should not be putting any kind of aas in your body.

    Most will argue that you are to young, lack training time/ experience. Put a couple more years in first bro.

    Well, I tried dianabol , 25mg a day,
    though i didnt use any pct,
    my error unfortuantly.
    I have done alot of research on it, though no matter what i read , its far more easier if i ask one of you guys, as you are older than myself.

    I was thinking

    test 400mg/pw
    dianabol 25mg p/day
    novladex 10 mg

    Im trying to bulk

    You still don't have an understanding of pct!
    You lack training and experience
    If you are sitting at 145lbs you should spend your time in the diet section
    Still to young!

    PCT restores your natural baalnce back, if you dont use it, you stand a lower chance of keeping your gains.
    thats why I thought i should implement

    Nolvadex or Clomid

    You dont need AAS, you need to eat,train and sleep for a few more years.

    UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

    So I guess your both right - I dont/shouldnt use steriods yet,

    "Below is the PCT protocol I use for most cycles. You could add 4 grams of Tribulus into PCT. There are plenty of studies that show the use of Tribulus will help increase LH levels. This is why it’s a good idea to use during the cycle as well.

    Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

    Cycle 1:
    1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
    1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
    1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

    Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection"

    Im getting really confused,

    looking at that, does that mean
    once every week for 10 weeks -enan at 500mg
    everyday for 12 weeks - nolvadex at 10mg each day
    everyday for 12 weeks - L-dex .25 each day

    then PCT for 37 days
    take
    Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
    Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

    trying to get my head round this

    no offense but this is the universal lame excuse everyone gives that doesn't know how to eat.

    FOOD and DIET is 89.876% of making gains, then comes the training, then rest , THEN and only then come the steroids , they are just an AID, and only after all the other things are in line.

    steroids are used when you reach your max natural potential at 5'9 145 lbs you have atleast another 30 lbs that you can put on naturally just by fixing your diet. I'm 5'6 205 lbs 11% bf I was 190 at 5'6 12 % bf before I did my first cycle. (which I'm finishing off this week)

    at your height i'd aim for around 190-210 natural, and by the time you reach that goal you should be knowledgeable enough to know exactly what you should do on your first cycle. Just watch those videos and work a diet out and put it in the diet section with your goals and let them guys guide you towards all the size you want.

    oh and while you're off getting big, don't forget to work out your legs too, a lot of guys just focus on their upper bodies, which is quite funny.

    well i have a friend who we call sponge bob, he's 6'1 i think about 200 lbs. NEVER EVER works out legs, so he kinda looks like sponge bob big up top with little lines for legs. then he wonders why when we play football he always gets out ran, or ran over (i like to run people over it's quite fun)
